September 2018, General Membership Meeting in Nagoya, Japan

Please join us in Nagoya for the Asia Cohort Consortium General Membership Meeting on September 4 and 5, 2018.

 
Please note that a typhoon is approaching Nagoya and is expected to come closest on September 4th afternoon.
 
The ACC General Membership Meeting will be held as scheduled and the dinner will be also held according to the plan. Since we expect heavy rain around 18:00PM on September 4th, the Aichi Cancer Center has arranged a bus to travel from the meeting venue to the restaurant after the meeting.
 
However, please check the weather forecast now and then, and please make your best judgement when or whether to attend the meeting. Your safety is most important for us.

Call for Project Proposals:

We invite new project proposals to be considered at our September 2018 meeting. Submitted proposals will be sent to the Executive Committee (EC) for initial review, and the ones that are deemed scientifically sound will be slated for review at the General Membership Meeting. For more details on proposal submission, please click here

Proposals that do not follow this format will be returned to the author for resubmission.

Project proposals should be emailed to the Coordinating Center by August 18, 2018.
